Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how recurring subscriptions work at [ORIGINS LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Origins Health”). Origins Health is a direct-to-consumer telehealth company that operates entirely online and has no physical clinic. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Monthly Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless a different interval is shown at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize Origins Health and its payment processor to charge your payment method automatically for each billing cycle until you cancel.
First Charge and Physician Review
Your first charge is processed at checkout. This initial payment is a request for a medical evaluation. A licensed physician reviews your questionnaire before any medication is prescribed or shipped. If the physician does not approve your order, you receive a full refund of that charge as described in our Refund Policy.
Subscribe and Save Discount
Subscribing may qualify you for a subscribe-and-save discount compared to a one-time purchase. The applicable discount is shown at checkout. Discounts may change with notice and apply only while your subscription remains active.
Renewals
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Each renewal is subject to physician review. Continued therapy depends on the physician’s ongoing clinical judgment, and a renewal may be paused or declined if it is no longer appropriate.
- A flat shipping fee of $25 applies to each renewal shipment.
- We may send you a reminder before a renewal, but it is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
No Long-Term Commitment
There is no long-term commitment or minimum term. You may cancel at any time and keep any product already delivered.
How to Cancel

Once a renewal has been charged and the medication has been prepared or shipped, that charge is generally non-refundable, because compounded medication cannot be returned once shipped. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a shipment already in process.
Price and Product Changes
Subscription pricing, shipping fees, and product availability may change. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing your subscription after a change means you accept the new terms.
